What is Pynn?

Pynn is the operating system for innovation. It connects founders, investors and the organisations that support startups on one platform, through two products: Startup OS, an all-in-one workspace for founders, and Ecosystem OS, the platform angel networks, VCs, accelerators and other ecosystems use to run their startup programmes. Both connect to the Pynn Marketplace, where startups, investors, mentors and service providers find each other.

Who is Pynn for?
  • Founders, who run their startup on Startup OS and get in front of investors through the Marketplace
  • Ecosystems, such as business angel networks, VCs, accelerators and universities, who use Ecosystem OS
  • Investors, mentors and service providers, who join the Marketplace
Who is behind Pynn?

Pynn was created by Max Ventures, a Mallorca-based investment group, to help it invest better, smarter and faster. It has since grown into a platform for founders, investors and ecosystems worldwide, built by a team on Mallorca.

Do I need to be based in Mallorca to use Pynn?

No. Pynn is a global platform, open to founders, investors and ecosystems anywhere.

How many startups, investors and ecosystems are on Pynn?

Pynn currently has 4,351+ startups, 545+ investors and 17+ ecosystems on the platform.

What can I find in Resources?

Resources is open to every account on Pynn: startups, investors and ecosystems. It includes:

  • Mentors and service providers
  • Grants and subsidies, filtered by stage, sector and geography
  • Perks: cloud credits, free plans and discounts from tech companies, for qualifying startups
  • Public events
  • News from across the network
  • Documents: templates and reference material shared by your ecosystem
I have questions, ideas or concerns. Who do I contact?

You can contact the Pynn team directly at info@pynn.ai.

What is Startup OS?

Startup OS is an all-in-one workspace for startups. It brings the tools a founding team uses every day into one place: Chats for team messaging and video calls, Tasks, Mail (connect your existing email accounts), Calendar (connects to Outlook and Gmail, with call booking links on paid plans), a CRM with a GTM agent, Drive for file storage, your startup Profile with its assessment and one-pager, and Funding, where you publish your profile to the Pynn Marketplace.

Is Startup OS free?

Yes. Every startup can create a Startup OS account for free, forever, with no ads. The free plan gives limited access to every module, from Chats and Tasks to the CRM and publishing your profile to the Pynn Marketplace. See Plans & pricing for what each plan includes.

Applying to any ecosystem on Pynn is free too, and every startup gets access to Resources: mentors, service providers, grants and subsidies, perks, public events, news and documents. Create your account to get started.

What is the Pynn Marketplace?

The Marketplace is where startups, investors, mentors and service providers find each other. Once your startup is assessed, you can publish its profile to the Marketplace and become visible to all 545+ investors on Pynn, not only those in the ecosystem you applied to. Investors set their own thesis, and Pynn emails them every week with new or updated startup profiles that match it, so you're actively promoted rather than passively listed. Interested investors contact you directly.

Are there paid options for startups?

Yes. Startup OS paid plans add users, storage and history, plus features such as full assessments, call booking links and extra visibility with investors. Plans can be billed monthly or yearly, with a discount for yearly billing, and GTM Agent credits are sold separately. See Plans & pricing for prices and what each plan includes.

Will investors contact us automatically?

Not automatically. Investor contact depends on interest and fit, and Pynn doesn't guarantee responses. On the Starter plan or higher, add a call booking link to your profile: it's shown prominently, so an interested investor can book a call with you directly. On the Free plan, interested investors contact you by email.

Where do the startups come from?

Startups apply to ecosystems that use Pynn: investors (VCs, business angel networks, family offices and more), accelerators and incubators, innovation hubs and communities, and other ecosystem partners. Some apply to Pynn directly. Each startup is assessed with Pynn's framework and shown to the investors and admins of the ecosystem it applied to. Startups can also choose to publish to the Marketplace, which makes them visible to investors in every other ecosystem too.

How do investors access startups?

In two ways:

  • By joining an ecosystem. Investors who belong to an angel network, accelerator, incubator or other ecosystem on Pynn can see that ecosystem's startups, subject to its visibility settings.
  • With an investor account. Any investor can create an account and access the public dealflow on the Pynn Marketplace.
What investor subscription options are available?

Investors can:

  • Subscribe for €29 per month, which includes access to 10 startups per month
  • Unlock a specific startup individually for €9 per startup

This allows investors to pay only for the access they want, without noise or spam.

Does Pynn recommend investments?

No. Pynn does not give investment advice or recommendations. It provides structured information so investors can make their own decisions, and investors are always responsible for their own due diligence.

How can startups raise funds through Pynn?

There are two ways:

  • Publish to the Investor Marketplace. Create a Startup OS account and publish your profile to become visible to every investor on Pynn (see “What is the Pynn Marketplace?”).
  • Launch a crowdfunding campaign. Raise capital from the crowd through Pynn's regulated partner, EvenFi, with a structured public raise: loans, mini-bonds or equity.

See Pynn Funding for eligibility, funding structures, limits and fees.

Who provides the regulated crowdfunding service?

Pynn provides the network. EvenFi Fintech S.A., a European crowdfunding service provider registered with the Spanish Securities Market Commission (CNMV, register no. 5), provides the regulated crowdfunding platform under the European Crowdfunding Service Provider Regulation (ECSPR).

Are crowdfunding investments risky?

Yes. You may lose some or all of the capital you invest, and selling an investment may not be possible. Review each project's information and risks before investing.

How do I start raising funds?

Create your Startup OS account and choose your path from the Funding module, or start a crowdfunding application on EvenFi directly.

What is Ecosystem OS?

Ecosystem OS is the platform for organisations that support, fund or work alongside startups. Ecosystems use it to:

  • Bring startups into a structured assessment funnel
  • Assess and compare startups using Pynn's framework
  • Organise startups by cohort, programme or stage, and manage dealflow
  • Decide which startups stay internal, which are shared externally, and which founders to connect with which investors

Startups are never made public automatically; ecosystems control visibility at every stage. Ecosystem OS is white-label, so your community sees your brand.

Who can use Ecosystem OS?
  • Business angel networks
  • VCs and family offices
  • Emerging funds
  • Events and conferences
  • Incubators and accelerators
  • Corporate innovation teams
  • Governments
  • Chambers of commerce
  • Universities
  • Grant and subsidy programmes
Can our community be private?

Yes. Ecosystems can keep their entire community private or share individual startups selectively. Ecosystems decide which startups investors can see, when startups are unlocked to the wider network, and whether investors can request access. That keeps it relevant, controlled and spam-free for founders.

What tools do ecosystems get?

Ecosystem OS includes branding (white-label and branded reports), thesis setup, startup assessment and comparison, dealflow, CRM, Marketplace access, investor management, paid investor memberships, private events and portfolio management. Some tools are included in your plan and others are add-ons, so you only pay for what you need.

How much does Ecosystem OS cost?

Ecosystem OS plans are priced by the size of your community, with optional add-ons and a discount for annual billing. Every plan starts with a free trial. See Plans & pricing for the full comparison.
